The Virtual Centre has already demonstrated its effectiveness by receiving over 1,700 complaints within its first two weeks of operation. Out of these, more than 415 First Information Reports (FIRs) have been registered, and over 1,200 cases resolved. The centre operates through various channels, including 15 emergency calls, the Punjab Police Pakistan App, the Child Protection Bureau, and dedicated chat services.

It not only helps in reuniting missing children with their families but also addresses cases of abuse, runaway minors, and unaccompanied children.
