LDA Launches Online Building Plan Approvals to Simplify Processes for Lahore Residents

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has recently launched an online process for the submission and approval of residential building plans, marking a significant step towards digitization and ease of doing business in Lahore. This initiative is part of the LDA’s broader effort to streamline services and make them more accessible to the public.

With the new system, residents can submit their building plans online through the LDA Citizen Facilitation Centre, commonly known as the One Window Cell. This move is expected to reduce the time taken for approvals, as the entire process, from submission to the issuance of challans, will now be managed digitally.
